Call Queueing

Call Queuing is a great feature when you only have a limited amount of telephone lines. This means that your callers will never hear the engaged tone and you will never miss a call again!

An especially useful tool at busy times of the day allows callers to be automatically placed in a queue until an operator becomes free. You can also choose to announce the callers current position in the queue so they can decide whether to wait on hold for an operator or leave a message.
