Can I have more than one number?

Yes. You can add more numbers to your account once you are logged in.

You can also configure each number separately if you wish, so you can have a different number for different departments such as sales, accounts, customer service…etc all forwarding to different locations.

Can I have “on hold” music of my choice?

Yes you can. Whilst your callers are on hold waiting for their call to be connected they will hear your choice of “on hold” music. You can swap and choose which music your callers hear from a range of different music styles/genres when you are logged into your account as often as you like.

Yes you can redirect calls to a mobile. However, calls forwarded to any UK mobile telephone number will incur a small fee (currently 10p per minute), this is due to mobile network operators imposing large charges for these types of calls.
